Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
This policy describes how STARKIN 星契 (“STARKIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the self-hosted document signing workspace at app.starkin.fun and on this public website.
In brief: The workspace processes account details and documents you choose to prepare, send, or sign. The DocuSeal workspace is hosted on STARKIN-operated infrastructure. It is not currently connected to Google sign-in and does not request Google user data. We do not sell personal information.
Information we process
Depending on how you use the workspace, this may include:
- Account and contact details, such as your name and email address.
- Documents and templates you upload or create, including their text, fields, and attachments.
- Signer details that you provide, such as names and email addresses, along with signatures and information entered by signers.
- Workflow records, such as invitation and completion status, timestamps, and document activity history.
- Basic technical and security information processed by the hosting and network environment to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
- To provide document preparation, signing, status tracking, and completed-document access that you request.
- To associate signers with the documents and workflows you create.
- To maintain service security, troubleshoot failures, and keep operational records.
- To respond to privacy or support requests.
Google and other third-party services
The DocuSeal workspace currently deployed at app.starkin.fun is not connected to the Google identity provider on the server and does not access Google account data or Google APIs. It does not currently connect document content to external business, analytics, or electronic-signature service providers. Public web traffic is routed through Cloudflare, which may process connection information and the requests or responses passing through its network to deliver and protect the website and application.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Documents and signer information are available to the account holder and to the people the account holder invites to participate in a signing workflow. We may disclose information when required by applicable law.
Storage, security, and retention
Workspace data and uploaded documents are stored on the server environment used to operate STARKIN. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse; no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and support its business records. You may contact us to request deletion. We will review and respond to the request, except where information must be retained to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The application may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms to maintain sign-in sessions and deliver its requested functions. We do not intentionally configure advertising or analytics cookies on this public website.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. We may need to verify your request before acting. Information in a document may also be visible to other people included in that signing workflow.
Children
This business document service is not directed to children. Please do not submit children’s personal information unless it is necessary and lawful for your business use.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
